Move In ~ Out Cleaning / Scheduled Home and Apartment Cleaning

We offer full service professional cleaning at highly competitive rates. We will work with each individual client to customize our services for your needs. A move in ~ out service can range from 2 to 6 hours depending on the amount of work required and the size of the home. Clients who are moving find this service very convenient. This allows you to focus on more important things like enrolling the kids in there new school, unpacking or just heading to office instead of the tedious cleaning. Leave it all to us.

In addition, we do offer scheduled cleaning (weekly, bi~monthly, monthly or the occasional spring cleaning). Please feel free to call for availability and rates.

Toilets scrubbed and disinfected, floors, mirrors, vanity, shower doors, tile walls, bathtub / showers scrubbed and cleaned, all stainless steel and chrome fixtures polished

Bedrooms

Surfaces hand wiped and dusted, cobwebs removed, doors, door frames and window sills wiped and cleaned, floors cleaned / carpet vacuumed

Living Areas

Surfaces hand wiped, cobwebs removed, doors, door frames and window sill wiped and cleaned, floors cleaned / carpet vacuumed

Kitchen

All countertops wiped cleaned and disinfected, range hood, top and front of range, oven cleaned, drip pans / glass top surfaces wiped and cleaned, sinks cleaned and disinfected, all stainless steel and chrome fixtures polished, all appliances cleaned and disinfected, cobwebs removed, microwave wiped out, window sills, doors and door frames wiped cleaned

Details

We check and assure all appliances (burners, oven, garbage disposal, dishwasher, heater / air conditioner, etc.) are in proper working condition. Check to see if there any leaks around tub/toilet and sink faucets. All batteries are changed from smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors. All door and window locks are also inspected. When our team leaves your home 100% TURNKEY READY!!!
